For self-employed applicants we will require an accountant reference along with a character reference (landlord/agent/colleague/solicitor).
For students we require two character references (landlord/agent/colleague/solicitor).
For Housing Benefit applicants we require two character references (landlord/agent/colleague/solicitor).

We will also require a month’s rent in advance and a five week deposit (unless otherwise stated). A holding deposit is required on all our properties of £100 and is non refundable if you change your mind or your references do not meet our requirements. This is deducted from your first months rent when you take possession of the property (if agreed in advance).
