COVID-19

Ancells Updated Policy Statement   05/01/2021

We have been carefully watching the development surrounding the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Following the Governments advice regarding our ‘essential’ industry, to protect our landlords, tenants, contractors & team, we would like to update you once again on our latest policy.

1) All property inspections in person are still on hold as we limit the requirement to visit properties. We are offering ZOOM inspections to all our tenants whose inspections are due over the coming months.

2) Viewings in person are permitted although only if necessary. We are offering video/virtual tours to prospective tenants and purchasers and we can offer completely contactless check ins. The processes we have previously put in place were a great success & now part of our business!

3) Maintenance works have resumed, but they are subject to everyone’s agreement and precautionary measures will be put in place.

4) Our office is OPEN; however, it is strictly by appointment only & only visit if instructed to as absolutely necessary. We politely request that only one person is permitted to enter, and you will be guided where to stand/sit, and we ask that you wear a mask.

5) The safety & health of our team & clients is paramount; therefore, we will do all we can as a business to continue to ensure our actions minimise the impact of Covid-19.
